James Mirollo

Parr Professor Emeritus of English and Comparative Literature and Executive Director of the Society of Senior Scholars. He is a founder and teacher of the Alumni Colloquia, which began in 1987 at the Heyman Center for the Humanities and which includes colloquia for the Friends of the Heyman Center and the John Jay Associates. He is currently the overall director of these colloquia and the administrative coordinator for the multicultural, interdisciplinary East-West workshops and the related undergraduate advanced seminars held at the Center. He was Associate Director of the Heyman Center from 1987-2004.
